Privacy & Service Policy

At Street Shine Detailing, we are committed to providing top-tier vehicle care services tailored specifically for luxury and high-end vehicles. To ensure clarity, professionalism, and a seamless experience, we have established the following policies to protect both our clients and our business.

Service Policy

  1. Vehicle Inspection: Before starting any service, a thorough inspection of the vehicle will be conducted to document its existing condition. This ensures transparency and avoids misunderstandings about pre-existing damage or imperfections.

  2. Liability for Pre-existing Damage: Street Shine Detailing cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damages, including scratches, dents, or wear and tear on paint, leather, or interior surfaces. Our team will document any such issues prior to service.

  3. After-Service Satisfaction: Upon completion of the service, clients are encouraged to review the work and highlight any concerns before leaving the premises. Any post-service concerns must be reported within 24 hours for resolution.

  4. Specialized Equipment: We use professional-grade products and equipment designed specifically for luxury vehicles. However, certain delicate or aging materials may respond unpredictably. Clients will be informed of potential risks prior to service.

Luxury Vehicule Policy

  1. Exotic Paint Finishes & Custom Interiors: For vehicles with custom paint finishes, wraps, or delicate interiors, additional care will be taken. However, clients are required to disclose any special treatments, coatings, or modifications that could affect the service process.

  2. Third-party Modifications: We are not liable for damage to third-party modifications, including aftermarket wheels, wraps, or accessories, as these are outside of the vehicle's original specifications.

  3. Extreme Conditions: Vehicles presenting excessive dirt, debris, pet hair, or contamination beyond standard conditions may incur additional fees. Clients will be informed in advance if additional charges apply.

Cancellation and booking Policy

  1. Appointments: Clients are required to book appointments in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee to compensate for lost booking slots.

  2. Late Arrivals: If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment to maintain our schedule and service quality.

Disclaimer of Liability

  1. Personal Belongings: Street Shine Detailing is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle during service. Clients are encouraged to remove all valuables prior to their appointment.

  2. Force Majeure: We are not liable for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, mechanical issues unrelated to detailing, or factors outside our control.

Client Aknowledgement

By booking a service with Street Shine Detailing, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies. These measures are in place to ensure the highest quality of service while protecting both the client’s investment and our business.
